Terms of Service

ShipGreenLit performs a pre-launch security checkup of web applications you own or are authorized to test. It runs passive analysis (such as inspecting publicly returned HTTP headers) plus a non-destructive datastore write check — an empty insert that is rejected before any row is written; any unexpected test row is deleted immediately. The Service does not exploit, exfiltrate, or modify your data, and does not automatically change your code.

You may only run checks against applications and domains that you own or for which you have explicit permission to test. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have authorization before initiating any check. You agree not to use the Service to probe, scan, or attack systems without authorization, to circumvent the ownership-verification step, or to violate any applicable law.

Active checks require a verified account, and ownership of a domain must be proven before monitoring begins. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used to test systems without authorization.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@shipgreenlit.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

On-demand checkups and the curated fixes they produce are free. Paid plans (Pro and Team) add continuous monitoring, scan history, regression alerts, and multi-domain coverage. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you retain access until then. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods. Payments are processed by Stripe and are also subject to Stripe's terms.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at hello@shipgreenlit.com and we will review your request in good faith.

ShipGreenLit helps surface common, detectable issues before you ship, but no security tool can find every vulnerability. A passing checkup or "green light" is not a guarantee that your application is secure or free of defects. The Service is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a professional security audit, penetration test, or compliance certification. You remain responsible for the security of your applications.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any finding (or absence of a finding) is complete or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIDLABS LLC and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and authorization obligations) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
